Our citizen-centric control room maturity assessment will help forces understand where they are today against our model and help them plan the next steps to kick-start their journey.
We are pleased to offer the maturity assessment as a free of charge service to forces. The assessment comprises a short survey to be completed by staff and a follow-up workshop to discuss the findings. Forces will receive a summary report and list of key recommendations.
