It was a real pleasure to meet some of you at Credit Week 2026 shortly after I joined the Sopra Steria Financial Services team to lead Debt Management Operations. I’m sure you’ll agree the event was full of insight and great networking - as well as being a bit warm!
I’ve spent more than 20 years working within the debt collection industry, including 15 years leading a large-scale debt operation. More recently, I’ve been working within the utilities sector, managing debt collection agencies on behalf of Thames Water and a B2B water retailer. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about delivering effective, customer-focused collections strategies while continuing to raise standards across the industry.
I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM), and I remain committed to supporting professionalism and best practice within the credit and collections community.
I’m delighted to be part of Sopra Steria Financial Services and look forward to working with many of you as we continue to support organisations across financial services, utilities and government with high-quality debt management and collections services.
