The purpose of this 90-minute webinar is to create an opportunity for the FORS community to come together. Participants will hear formal updates regarding Transformation developments under the new concession, and details of upcoming changes to the FORS Standard. There will then be an interactive panel with FORS Senior Management and a Q&A session to facilitate open discussion with key members of both the FORS team, and fellow operators. Our panel includes Ian Henderson, Concession Director, Graham Holder,  Head of Quality Assurance,  Alex Sykes, FORS Clients Director, and more detailed below.

Graham Holder

Graham Holder, FORS Head of Quality Assurance and Certification

Graham has worked within the transport logistics industry for 27 years. He started as a driver and progressed through to transport management, compliance auditing and conducting transport inspections. Graham is the FORS Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager.

Christina O’Keeffe

Paul Grafton, FORS Compliance and Training Officer

Paul has worked in the transport industry for 42 years. He started as a mechanic and progressed through to Class 1 HGV driver, transport management, business owner for compliance audits/inspections and driver training. Paul is currently a Compliance and Training Officer on the FORS contract.

Glen Davies, FORS Technical Advisor

Glen, FORS Technical Advisor, has been employed in logistics and transport all of his working life. After 23 years in operational logistics he was employed by Transport for London to establish FORS in 2008 where he led the initiative for nine years, alongside delivering a range of environmental and safety projects with the freight and fleet industry. In particular, Glen created the Construction Logistics and Community Safety (CLOCS) initiative, developed the HGV Direct Vision Standard and initiated the LoCITY programme which is stimulating the uptake of ultra-low emission vehicles. Glen is the Editor of Lowe's Transport Managers Handbook and leads on a range special projects in the fields of freight transport, city logistics, environment and safety.
