Richard Brundrett, FORS Quality Assurance Officer
Richard Brundrett has worked within the transport logistics industry for 44 years; started as a driver, then became an HGV owner driver involved in UK and International operations and progressed through to transport management roles. In 2015, Richard joined the FORS team as an external auditor and in 2017 became a member of the FORS Compliance team.
Christina O’Keeffe, FORS Helpline Team Manager
Christina O’Keeffe has 20 years experience in the customer service sector and always exceeds customers’ expectation. In 2015, Christina joined the FORS Helpline team, where she has been excelling and focusing on resolving FORS members problems and assisting them in their accreditation journey.
